Golf Lessons

Beginner Group Series

This series is designed as an introduction for the adult beginning golfer and for those who are embarrassed to take lessons on their own. Join a group, meet people and have fun while learning the game of golf. Class covers everything from terminology, etiquette and equipment to the posture, grip, stance and swing. Practice balls and clubs will be provided if needed.

This class is only offered through the City of Bowie Recreation Council (M-NCPPC) for spring, summer and fall sessions. Classes are limited so don’t wait to sign up.

Private Golf Lessons

Lessons are offered (by appointment only) so that it may be scheduled during a time that is convenient for both parties, and are offered both during the week and on weekends. Lessons with woods, long irons, short irons, sand shots, bunker play, chipping or putting are available upon your request.

Each lesson is 45 minutes long. The fee for private lessons is:
Individual lesson $ 55.00
Series of three $135.00
Juniors (ages 6 – 17)
Series of four 30 minute lessons $100.00
Playing lesson(9hole) $125.00
